Facts Check: A video that has recently gone viral on the internet showing a yogi immersed in deep meditation in the snow-clad Himachal mountain has grabbed everybody’s attention. The clip surfaced earlier this month and featured Satyendra Nath. Since the video was shared on social media platforms, a section of netizens argued that it was a hoax and AI-generated. sources. Satyendra Nath is a resident of Banjar and has been practising yoga for around 22 years at Kaulantak Peeth ashram.
Famous as Ishputra among his followers, Nath’s guru Ishnath was a strict follower of Himalayan yoga tradition. He is the head of Kaulantak Peeth, a designation of yoga and divine practices. His devotees extend across eight countries and promote yoga and devotional practices.
Several users got amazed by watching a glimpse of the yogic practices of Ishputr. Notably, Nath dedicated his live to Yoga and has been practicing since childhood.
Practising yoga calmy amidst snowfall is not an easy task requires strict training. In the video, Ishputra demonstrated a unique form of meditation in challenging weather conditions.
The clip was recorded earlier this month by Ishputra’s disciple Rahul, who often captures visuals of his yoga practices to educate the future generations.
